The Board of Director's who are elected from the
membership, by the membership, manage the affairs of Wayne Industries,
Inc. The number of Director's shall not be less than six or more than
fifteen. Each Director is elected for a three-year term. The officers
of the Board include the President, President-Elect, Secretary/Treasurer and
the Past-President. The Past-President serves one year, immediately
following Presidency, in order to provide continuity to the organization from
year to year.
